The ArcoTherapy Immersion Experience is a 5-day residential* intensive for anyone wanting an intimate, focused, and challenging program dedicated to personal growth through the practice of traditional archery, the ancient teachings of mindfulness, Qi Gong, and acupuncture, and unique Anchor Point integrity practices.

What to Expect.
The ArcoTherapy Immersion Experience is a 5-day residential program.
The intensive experience includes ample archery techniques and practice, Shaolin Qi Gong, and embodiment practices such as mindfulness and breathwork, and acupuncture*. Additionally, latter sessions involve the development of an integrity practice using the unique Anchor Point framework and guided practices to reawaken passion and purpose.

Heart Medicine Add-On.
Immersion participants are welcome to add a heart medicine journey* to their ArcoTherapy experience. This is a full day event (extending the ArcoTherapy Immersion to 6 days) held by Brea and Myranda, two amazing women who are masters at holding space for healing. This is a profound opportunity that people travel around the world to partake in with these two women.

Heart Medicine Journey: 1 day, plus a pre-journey preparation session, 2 post-journey integration sessions, and 3 weeks of continuous support
Location: Nosara, Costa Rica
